Upcoming Mechanical Maintenance Committee (MMC) Conference

2017 MMC
November 7-9, 2017
InterContinental Hotel Cleveland
Cleveland, Ohio

The Mechanical Maintenance Committee (MMC) is an aviation industry activity organized by ARINC Industry Activities, an SAE-ITC Program, to assist aviation interests in cooperating to develop shared technical solutions and to establish technical standards.

The Mechanical Maintenance Committee contributes to increased reliability and maintainability, which results in reduced operating costs for the airline industry. These contributions are achieved through the Mechanical Maintenance Committee (MMC) Conference and development of technical standards.

The activities of the Mechanical Maintenance Committee will be led by the AMC Steering Group in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR) approved by SAE ITC. The AMC consists of representatives from the technical leadership of the air transport avionics maintenance community.

The ARINC Standards Development Document specifies the procedures used to develop voluntary consensus-based ARINC Standards. A primary means of exchanging Mechanical Maintenance Committee information will be the annual Mechanical Maintenance Committee Conference conducted under the auspices of the AMC.
